Web Design Project April
How are you guys? What are you guys up to?
I am working on a new website project for an real-estate company, these days. So far I finished the main page.
My project goals are "simple" and "professional" I basically came up with neutral colors so that viewers can rest their eyes as well as drawn to contents effectively.
The key of website is to have contents that attract people and convince them to do business with you eventually. This company's business purpose is to get tenants as many as possible. To avoid a little bit of inconvenience of finding a contact sheet, I put contact form at the front page. So that if people are interested in knowing more about apartments, they can contact this company right away.
Also I put "available place" section. So that people can check it out as soon as they visit this website.
Lastly, when people find apartments, they first want to know where it is. Because, that's the area where they want to stay. I put a map supported by Google at the front. It helps creating more traffic as well as helping people know where they want to stay.

Logo Design - English Connections
My Client wants to have a logo for his business about supplying English teachers to overseas.
To present the meaning of connections, I put a circle with 'e' inside. It's all connected and showing you a fast circulation. The circle represents the earth and alphabet 'e' inside can be the way that would bring people from all over the world and have them connected.
I put a simple and clear but stylish font. It's attractive as well as easy to read.
Sometimes, it's hard to pick the right color for your logo. I was having a hard time to pick the right color for this logo. It not only has lots of options to choose but gives me a hard time to pick the colors that match the business image.
For this logo, I put red-ish colors to give some warm feelings. People tend to like warm feeling in general. And it works for appealing to your clients.
